On October 20, Auditor General Erekle Mekvabishvili, Deputy Auditor General Ekaterine Gazadze and Head of Financial Monitoring Service of Political Parties Zurab Aznaurashvili held meeting with representatives of the OSCE/ODIHR (OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights) election monitoring mission.

Discussions focused on the findings of monitoring of the pre-election process and future plans of the State Audit Office. The Head of the Mission Corien Jonker emphasized the importance of the SAO’s information for the monitoring mission and appreciated for the implemented cooperation.
